We are a full service property management company with more than 30 years experience. We have managed condos, apartments, home owners associations, and commercial properties.
We can cut your expenses as an owner and increase your profitability with less turn over and higher rents. We will provide you with a photographic record of the condition of your investment before rental and after.
We have contractors who are independent of us who give us special discounts on service and repairs and often don’t charge after hour’s costs.
We save you eviction costs by solving rental qualifications up front. We investigate all applicants thoroughly. We require job stability and income. If a renter does lose their job, we work with the renter to facilitate a timely move without court orders or attorneys fees.
We are licensed and insured, and provide a full bookkeeping service with monthly statements. At year end we provide 1099’s and a summary of all expenses by category for ease of tax preparation.
