We are a family owned business.  We have been renters for over 30 years, and we know from experience what renters want and deserve.

My name is James Graves and I have been in property management since 1975.  My wife is Nancy who has worked with me for the past 5 years.

We specialize in clean rentals and in getting repairs done promptly.  We protect both the tenants and their deposit, and the owner’s investment.  We are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
